Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Ink and Canvas Creation. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK

We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 working days. (During busy times this may be longer but we will do our best to avoid this).

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email and your order should be with you within 3 to 5 working days.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service for all orders. You will receive a tracking number via email and/or text message when your order is dispatched with your tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL

We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 working days. (During busy times this may be longer but we will do our best to avoid this). 

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email.

We aim to send all International orders via the fastest available method. Depending on your location, customs etc. this is usually between 7 and 21 days, however this can be extended to 30 days due to customs. Shipping times are set by the shipping providers we partner with.

International addresses must include a PO Box - please see information below regarding incorrect/incomplete addresses.

MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage as well as the packaging and shipping label and email it, together with your name and order number to us at info@inkandcanvascreation.com and our customer support team will assist you. If you cannot provide photos of the damage to the packaging then we will not be able to offer a replacement. If the damage is minimal then a relevant partial refund will be made.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If, for any reason you wish to return an item, then please email us at info@inkandcanvascreation.com with your order number in the first instance.

All orders must be returned undamaged and unopened in their original packaging and include a note containing your name, order number and reason for return within 21 days of your order date. It is important that you include these details otherwise we won't be able to allocate your return to your order.

All returned orders will be issued with a refund once these have been received and inspected by our returns team.

We do not offer a free returns policy.

Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your refund.

We currently do not offer exchanges on items. 

If your order is a custom item we cannot accept returns as these have been made to order.

Can I cancel my order?

Because all orders are processed and dispatched as soon as possible it's not always possible to cancel orders as they may have already been shipped.

If your order has not been shipped we are of course happy to look into cancelling your order.

In the first instance, please get in touch via info@inkandcanvascreation.com - be sure to include your full name and order number.

If you have placed an order and it has already been shipped, we are happy to issue you a full refund as soon as the item is returned to us, following the guidelines above. 

Ink and Canvas Creation has had your order returned to sender.

If your order has been returned to us at Ink and Canvas Creation due to a non collection from your local sorting office we will then contact you to let you know that your order has been returned to us. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for a re-delivery of any order. If an order has been placed with an incomplete/incorrect address (ie missing PO Box) and is returned to us, we are not liable for the shipping cost - if a refund is requested we will refund for product only.

Address supplied on order is incorrect

If your address is supplied incorrect at checkout, we will have to recharge to send this back out to you if it is returned to us. If your order is delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout, Ink and Canvas Creation is not liable to resend another out to you. Any refunds on orders to incorrect addresses will not receive a shipping refund. Any issues with shipping addresses please email info@inkandcanvascreation.com - it is up to management discretion as to whether replacements will be sent out.
